Your Role
As a private equity intern, you will work alongside our investment team, gaining deep insights into the full lifecycle of private equity transactions and contributing directly to the firm’s success. Key responsibilities include:
• Evaluating potential investment opportunities through due diligence, business plan analysis, and company valuations
• Conducting comprehensive market and competitor analyses across diverse industries
• Assisting in the development of operational strategies and efficiency improvement plans for portfolio companies
• Supporting all phases of M&A processes, from acquisition to successful exit, including financial modeling and deal structuring
• Collaborating with senior team members on strategic initiatives and value enhancement projects
Your Profile
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, audit or consulting is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
